Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving them from our warehouse in Australia. If you require your item more urgently, please contact us at info@lensavenue.com.au 

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

All Lens Avenue deliveries require an adult signature. Once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to provide a secure address when checking out. 


DOMESTIC ORDERS (AUSTRALIA)

Free express ground shipping on all domestic orders.

Please note: Our express courier service does not deliver to Australia Post P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a residential or business address when placing your order to prevent delays in the dispatch process.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

International Shipping incurs a flat rate of AU$30 and will be sent with DHL Express

Final product prices are non-inclusive of foreign duties and taxes. They are also non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. 

Charges for customs & import duties are imposed by courier services (typically we use DHL) once the parcel reaches its destination country. These must be paid by the recipient prior to the goods being released for final delivery. 

Customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the importing country.
